1. SALES COORDINATOR
Reporting to the Manager, Monomer, you will be assisting the Monomer team in the areas of logistics, sales and marketing of monomer business. You will have to receive and process purchase orders from customers. You will also have to follow up on the logistics arrangement with customers, including but not limited to informing the ETA if shipment to customers.
 
You will have to prepare all shipping, import and export documentation such as endorsement of vessel nomination, booking of commercial tank terminal for shipping, custom clearance documentation etc. In addition, you will have to monitor inventory level on stock and MEG/PO volume delivered to customers. You will also have to assist the company handling and negotiation of Letter of Credit and preparation of commercial invoices to customers.
 
You should possess a relevant diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in monomer or related business such as logistics and shipping. You should have basic understanding of international trade practices (L/C handling including bank negotiation) and knowledge of order processing in petrochemical industry.

2. FINANCE ASSISTANT, CREDIT (CONTRACT)*
You will assist the Deputy Manager, Finance, in the full range of business to business credit and collection activities. You will analyze the financial/ non-financial position of potential/ new /existing customers. You are required to check that the terms and conditions of L/C conform to company’s acceptable guidelines on the finance portion and ensure that the Financial Documents are created correctly and timely for all clean L/C. You will also evaluate Issuing Banks used by customers, process Statement of Account, release sales orders and ensure that the credit control processes are in compliance with internal control and JSOX.
 
You should possess a Diploma in Accountancy/ Business or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience. You must be familiar with L/C processes (Eg. L/C checking). You should be meticulous, have good problem solving skills and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

3. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (SCM) ASSISTANT – LOGISTICS BILLING (CONTRACT)*
You will have to prepare and verify various logistics billing cost items, charging methods and reports. You will also have to ensure all billing accruals and payments are made on time, maintain billing system and assist in the preparation for ocean freight arrangements and other administrative matters.
 
You should possess an ‘A’ level certificate/ Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of working experience in logistics and shipping. You should have knowledge in shipping and import/ export procedures and experience in Tradenet and Portnet processing. Knowledge of SAP R/3 will be an advantage. You should be meticulous with good communication skills, able to multi-task and work independently. You should also be proficient in Microsoft applications.

4. SALES COORDINATOR (FOR POLYMER SALES) – 1 year contract *
You will be responsible to support the polymer sales team in maintaining smooth and accurate order-to-cash operations, including daily sales quotation and sales order processing, sales reports and coordination of customers’ billing / payment process, feedback and complaints. You are also required to do Letter of Credit (L/C) screenings and manage customers’ profiles in CRM database.
 
You should possess an ‘O’ level certificate/ Diploma or equivalent, with 2-3 years of sales order processing experience. You should also be experienced in handling of L/C and SAP system with knowledge in shipping coordination.

5. PLANNER (DEMAND/ SUPPLY)
You will have to manage direct shipment operations to customers in Africa, India and Europe. You will also have to communicate with supplier to manage direct shipment scheduling and monitor shipment booking status by shipping line based on purchase plan or orders. There will be opportunities to improve material allocation to shipping lines and you will need to work closely with the transport team to provide shipping line forecast, as well as to work closely with supplier to troubleshoot CRM issues.
 
In addition, you will manage direct shipment inventory, monitor European Hub inventory and perform reconciliation if necessary by communicating with European business partners.
 
You should possess a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in this area or related business such as chemical, logistics or freight forwarding. Proficient with using SAP would be an advantage. You should have good communication, written and negotiation skills.
